4 If the jammed media is visible, remove it by slowly and carefully pulling up
or down, and then go to step 6. If the jammed media is not visible, go to
step 5.
5 Open the lower left door, and remove any jammed media from this area.
6 Close all of the open doors. Push the finishing device back into place.
Note
Any time a jam occurs in the fuser area (including the lower left door area),
the MFP automatically sends a cleaning page through the paper path to
remove loose toner.
