Problem
The HP EFS WAN Accelerator fails to boot.
Solution Ensure that:
The HP EFS WAN Accelerator is properly plugged in.
The power strip or that the uninterruptable power supply (UPS) the HP EFS WAN
Accelerator is plugged in to is turned on and is functioning properly.

Come Out of Bypass Mode
Description of
Problem
The HP EFS WAN Accelerator does not come out of bypass mode when the
connection is restored.
Solution If a HP EFS WAN Accelerator does not come out of bypass mode, verify:
That the in-path interface has an IP address. For example, at the system prompt,
enter the show interfaces CLI command.
That in-path interception in enabled. For example, at the system prompt, enter the
show in-path CLI command. Expected results are:
Enabled: yes
Optimizations Enabled On: inpath0_0
