Note: Move the cursor to the graph of the quadratic
equation by pressing the *k,or *e,key. Then move the
cursor so that it is near by pressing the *A,or
*>,key.
Select Root
The root value is
displayed at the bottom
of the screen.
To find the
intersection of
the two functions
11. Find the intersection of the two functions.

12. Choose the linear function whose intersection with the
quadratic function you wish to find.
The coordinates of the
intersection point are
displayed at the bottom
of the screen.
Note: If there is more
than one intersection (as
in our example), the coordinates of the intersection point
closest to the current cursor position are displayed.
