NOTE: There is no request for conrmation when you delete a user. If you delete a user by mistake, you will

have to re-enter that user’s data again.

Costs

Click the Costs tab. This is where you can congure the units to be used for accounting and those that will also

appear in the reports.

Choose either PPU categories or Printing supplies cost.

NOTE: The selection you make here applies to all printers and will be eective for costs and prices tabs.

Changing this selection in one of these tabs will automatically change the selection used by the other tab.

If you select PPU categories:

The Printing supplies costs option is disabled.

You can introduce dierent costs for the dierent printer models supported by the application (printing costs

depend on the ink cartridges used by a particular printer model).

If now you select the Printing supplies costs:
