Figure 61 Port Pane when iSCSI is Selected
The displayed items in the Port pane are as follows:
• The SLPR drop-down list allows you to display the information on a particular SLPR. Storage
partition administrators can only view the information relevant to their storage partition.
• The Type drop-down list allows you to select a port type. Only information on the selected port
type is displayed in the Port list. One of the following ports can be selected:
• Fibre: Only informationonthe fibre ports is displayed.
• iSCSI: Only information on the iSCSI ports is displayed.
• NAS: Only information on the NAS ports is displayed.
• The Port list provides information on the port that is selected using the Type drop-down list. For
more detailed information about the displayed items, please see the HP StorageWorks XP LUN
Configuration and Security Manager user guide for the XP10000/XP12000/SVS 200. Following
are the displayed items for each port type:
• The following items appear when Fibre is selected in the Type drop-down list:
SLPR: SLPR number and SLPR name.
Port Name:Port name.
Type:Type of fibre port is displayed.
Host Speed: Data transfer speed for fibre-channel ports, in Gbps (Gigabits per second)
Addr. (Loop ID): Address and Loop ID of port
Fabric:Enable indicates that a Fabric switch is being used.Disable indicates that a Fabric switch is
not being used.
Connection: Indicates the topology. FC-AL is fibre channel - arbitrated loop. P-to-P is point to point.
Attribute:Port attribute.Initiator, Target, RCU Target,or External is displayed.
