Cable Specifications The Firewall supports the following cable types and maximum lengths:

Category 5 cable.
■
Maximum cable length of 100 m (327.86 ft).
Pinout Diagrams Figure 66 and Figure 67 below show the pin connections when using a
straight through Category 5 cable. This is the standard cable used for
Ethernet and Fast Ethernet.
