6. Update the RSJRAS Windows service with CMS Administrator credentials.

a. Run services.msc and locate the RSJRAS service

b. Click Properties

c. Select the Log On tab and check This Account

d. Enter the CMS Administrator username and password

e. Confirm and restart the service for the changes to take effect
