Requirements Checklist

Before you begin the installation process, it is important that you have the necessary materials on

hand and have met the other requirements on the following checklist:

Requirement Notes

Laptop computer with terminal emulation

software

PuTTY or similar emulation application

Appropriate serial cables for the Memory

Array and San Gateway

Network cable to attach between your

laptop and a node, if necessary

USB to serial converter to connect the serial

cable to your laptop

The appropriate SAN licenses, such as

vSHARE
