Removing the
Mailbox/Collator

Power OFF the printer and disconnect both power cords and any interface cables.

Press the release buttons with your
thumbs and push up on the Mailbox/
Collator to remove it.
To avoid damage to the positioning
hook, do not twist the Mailbox/
Collator to the right or left when
pushing up to remove it.

Carefully lift the Mailbox/Collator off the
printer, rotating it away from the rear of
the printer.
The Mailbox/Collator is top-heavy.
Carefully control its movement as
you rotate it.
Store the Mailbox/Collator in its
original packaging materials, or in a
dry, dust-free place.
