Single-Ended I/O Module
The single-ended I/O module (see Figure 5–1) performs two
functions:
• Provides termination for both the internal and external SCSI
buses
• Establishes SCSI bus communications between enclosures

I/O modules provide termination for both the internal and
external SCSI buses. Therefore, install the same type of
operational I/O modules on each of the six
enclosure
