To access the Status/Information menu:

1. From the Hom e screen, press Previous or Next u ntil the screen displays Status/Information.

Press Enter to select.

2. Press Previous or Next until the screen displays your selected function. Press Enter to select.

Inventory

This option pr ovides information on whi ch slots hav e cartridges and which ar e empty. The second

line on the sc

reen display will indicate:

• Full

• Empt y

The autoload

er has

the following inventory locations:

• Left magazine

• Right magazine

• Drive

Each location has different information as described below.

For the left or right magazine , the scr een display may read, Left Magazine,or Right Magazine.

Thesecondlineonthe displayindicates whichslots have acartridge or areempty. Slots in theleft

magazine a

re numbered 1 -5 and slots in the right magazine are numbered 6-10. Each slot is represented

by either i

number, a D or _. See Table 10 for deﬁnitions.

Character displayed

Deﬁnition

<n>

Slot <n> has cartridge, where <n> is the slot number

Slot is empty

The cartridge that was in that slot is

now in the drive

Media needs attention, often as a result of a damaged or incompatible car tridge

Cleaning cartridge, this will only be identiﬁed after the cartridge has been

loaded in the drive at least once

Firmware cartridge

For example:

1-_-3-C-5

The left magazine has data car t ridges in slots 1, 3 and 5. Slot 2 is empty and

slot 4 has a cleaning cartridge.

6-D-8-9-10

The right magazine is full and the c

artridge from slot 7 is now in the drive

To view more details about each slo

press Enter when the screen displays either Left Magazine,

or Right

Magazine.

To check inventory, do the following:
