Default Gateway IP Address
The address of the default gateway for
computers that receive IP addresses
from this pool. The default gateway is
the device that the DHCP client
computers first contacted to
communicate with the Internet. Typically,
it is the OfficeConnect Gigabit VPN
Firewall’s LAN port IP address.
Primary/Secondary DNS Server
IP Address
The IP address of the Domain Name
System server to be used by computers
that receive IP addresses from this pool.
The DNS server translates common
Internet names that you type into your
web browser into their equivalent
numeric IP addresses. Typically, the
server(s) are located with your ISP.
However, you may enter LAN IP
address of the OfficeConnect Gigabit
VPN Firewall as it will serve as DNS
proxy for the LAN computers and
forward the DNS request from the LAN
to DNS servers and relay the results
back to the LAN computers. Note that
both the primary and secondary DNS
Primary/Secondary WINS
Server IP Address (optional)
The IP address of the WINS servers to
be used by computers that receive IP
addresses from the DHCP IP address
pool. You don’t need to enter this
information unless your network has
WINS servers.
NBX Call Processor Options

If you have a 3Com NBX Call Processor
on your network, please enter its IP
address in this field.
Enable SIP Servers Options
120
To enable the SIP Servers Options 120,
please ensure that the enable checkbox
is ticked.
If the type of SIP server address is
FQDN, please click on FQDN radio
button; otherwise, click on IP Address
button.
The IP address or fully qualified domain
name of the Primary SIP Address.
The IP address or fully qualified domain
name of the Secondary SIP Address.
3. Click to save the DHCP server configurations.
