App programs
An app is a unied collection of views, programs, notes, and associated data. Creating an app program allows
you to redene the app’s views and how a user will interact with those views. This is done with (a) dedicated
program functions with special names and (b) by redening the views in the View menu.
Using dedicated program functions
There are nine dedicated program function names, as shown in the table below. These functions are called
when the corresponding keys shown in the table are pressed. These functions are designed to be written into
a program that controls an app and used in the context of that app.
